With over 25 years of experience and a professional career in the legal field, both within private initiative and government, he has advised various national and transnational companies, such as Telefónica Móviles México (Movistar), HSBC, Aeroméxico, Sports World, American Tower, Eutelsat, Vialux, and Farmacias del Ahorro, to name a few.

Within the realm of Telecommunications, Sebastián De la Mora has participated in relevant operations and negotiations for the purchase, association, sharing, and commercialization of infrastructure with different actors, agents, and industry authorities.

Sebastián de la Mora began his studies at the Universidad Panamericana (UP) Law School, graduated from the Centro de Estudios Universitarios. He holds a specialty in Corporate Contracts from the Universidad Iberoamericana, as well as various postgraduate degrees in Corporate Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
